  ANITA LOONAM, CMCA®, AMS®, PCAM®Anita began her career in association management in 1999 at which time she was employed as a portfolio manager with United Property Associates. She managed 8 condominium and homeowner associations and also served as an on-site manager for a large condominium association. Anita has earned her CMCA, AMS, and PCAM designations through Community Associations Institute (CAI) and was promoted to Vice President of United Property Associates in 2007. She is directly responsible for the supervision of 5 offices and 70 portfolio and on-site managers serving over 350 condominium and homeowner associations from Elizabeth City, N.C. to Richmond, VA. Over the past 20 years, Anita has served on a number of committees as well as the Board of Directors for the Southeastern Virginia Chapter CAI.  |
