  CAROL LARE, AMS®, PCAM®Carol A. Lare, AMS®, PCAM® is the Association Manager for Glenwood Community Association, Inc. Having lived in Virginia Beach for most of her life, she is a graduate of Frank W. Cox High School, and received a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Virginia Wesleyan College. Carol’s experience in both portfolio management and on-site management began in 1987, and she has been affiliated with SEVA-CAI for 30 years. Carol served as the Chapter President in 1993 and 2012, and is currently serving as Co-Chair of the Social Committee. She has chaired the Trade Show, CA Day, Programs, Community Association of the Year, and Social Committees, and has volunteered for many others. Carol has also worked with the highly successful Virginia Leadership Committee since its inception. She received her PCAM® designation in May of 1999. Carol, her husband Mike, and daughter Ana live in the Princess Anne District of Virginia Beach.  |
