  DANA SHOTTS-NEFF, CMCA®, AMS®, LSM®, PCAM®Ms. Neff is the President and Co-Owner of Chesapeake Bay Management. Her company manages over 11,000 homes throughout Southeastern Virginia and has offices in Newport News, Chesapeake and Williamsburg. Ms. Neff has earned the highest credentials in her profession such as the CMCA®, AMS®, and PCAM® which is the highest professional recognition available nationwide. In addition, Ms. Neff also earned the specialist designation of LSM® in July 2003. At the time of award she was one of only 22 managers nationwide to have obtained this level of achievement. Ms. Neff has served as a contributing editor for Common Ground Magazine and is a Past President of the Southeastern Virginia Chapter of CAI. She is currently active on the Virginia Legislative Action Committee and has served on numerous boards and committees such as the Transportation Sub-Committee 2002 Aviation Worlds’ Fair, Government & Public Affairs Committee for CAI, CA Day and Trade Show Committee for SEVA CAI, and the Senior Managers Committee for SEVA-CAI. Ms. Shotts-Neff is also a member of the Southeastern Virginia and Central Virginia Chapters of the Community Associations Institute.  |
