Debbie is a Partner, Executive Board Member, and Chair of Vandeventer Black’s Community Associations and Creditors’ Rights teams. For almost three decades, Debbie has concentrated her practice in representing Virginia’s common interest communities. She is one of only a small number of lawyers in Southeastern Virginia admitted as a Fellow to CAI National’s prestigious College of Community Association Lawyers (CCAL) and served on CAI’s Virginia Legislative Action Committee from 2004-2014, and as Chair from 2008-2011.  Debbie served as President of SEVA-CAI in 2001 and has been involved in the Chapter in many capacities for more than 25 years.
