  LISA A. SMITH, AMS®, LSM®, PCAM®Lisa Smith, AMS, LSM, PCAM, is an on-site General Manager for a large scale homeowners’ association located in Williamsburg. Previously, she was the regional director for a large management company overseeing three satellite offices and staff. Earlier in her career, she was a portfolio manager, which consisted of condominium and homeowners’ associations. Shas over 25 years of experience in common interest community management. She was awarded the Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designation in 2002 and was awarded the Large Scale Manager (LSM) designation in 2012. She is past president of the SEVA-CAI Board of Directors and has served on various SEVA-CAI committees. During her career, four of the communities she managed were awarded “Community of the Year” and another was awarded “Newsletter of the Year”. She has been a presenter and moderator at CA Day and “Essential” classes. She also holds a Virginia real estate broker’s license. She currently sits on a homeowner association board in North Carolina.  |
