  SARAH R. PALAMARA, ATTY AT LAWSarah R. Palamara is the founder of a successful law practice dedicated solely to common interest community representation. Her client communities range in size from 4 to 3000 Units. Relocating to Virginia in 1998 from Vermont, Sarah opened her law practice in 2004. Sarah’s chosen representation style is to convey complicated information in an educationally effective format and from a perspective that supports the Board’s fiduciary duty to Owners. Sarah served on the Southeastern Virginia Chapter of CAI (Community Associations Institute) Board of Directors from 2004 through 2006. She was awarded SEVA-CAI’s 2001 President’s Award, the 2002 Author of the Year Award and the Speaker of the Year Award in both 2015 and 2016. Sarah publishes and lectures often on topics applicable to common interest communities.  |
