Your annual budget sets the tone for the entire year.  Join us to determine how much to update or change your budget.  Many associations have recently experienced the incredible changes in the insurance market and the substantial effect it has had on operational budgets. Due to the significant premium increases, Associations are looking for ways to cope and many are doing so by withholding reserve contributions or by borrowing from their reserves. Boards are now considering loans to finance needed capital improvements. This session will cover how to navigate the changing insurance landscape, lending options for Associations and practical strategies for budgeting.
